Substitute House Bill 33, the Fiscal Years 2024-2025 state operating budget bill, was signed by Gov. MIke DeWine on July 3, 2023 and went into effect on July 13, 2023. Within this bill changes were made to how municipalities publish resolutions and ordinances, orders, proclamations, notices, and reports that are required by law to be published. The Village currently posts signed resolutions and ordinances here. Proclamations are available here.
